SA-39687

Summary

Users cannot log into the application portal, or the designer studio.

Error Messages

PegaRULES:07.10] (internal.mgmt.Executable) ERROR - Execution denied for class

Steps to Reproduce

Delete Access-Role-Obj items from PegaRULES:SysAdm4

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment Access-Role-Obj items were deleted from PegaRULES:SysAdm4.

This role was used in a custom pegaunauthenticated access group for systemname Pega, which prevented any login from occurring.

Changing this role in locked ruleset PegaRULES should not be allowed to happen and will be addressed as an enhancement in a future release.

Resolution

Make the following change to the operating environment:

Make a RAP of missing Access of Role to Object from working environment and import the RAP re-login with the operator.

Steps to export the RAP
  1. Create a new product with appropriate name and version.
  2. Add pzInsKeys of all missing Access of Role to Object with any label in Individual Instances To Include section.
  3. Click on create Product File in the bottom.
  4. Import that created Rule-Admin -Product (RAP).
For the changes to be reflected in all operators restart the node.
