InterQual screen is not loading when using RM 16.0 in Pega 7.1.7



InterQual screen is not loading when using Review Manager(RM) 16.0 in Care Management(CM) 7.12 on Pega 7.1.7.

Blank screen is displayed when InvokeGuidelines harness is loaded at runtime.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Point RM server to 16.0.
2. Load InvokeGuidelines harness.

Root Cause

InvokeGuidelines harness is made to run in compatibility to support RM 15.0, as it used to work in Internet Explorer 8 only.
From version 16, RM works only in Internet Explorer standards mode and compatibility mode is not supported.


Update the InvokeGuidelines Harness settings to load in HTML5 Standards Mode to resolve the issue.
