Interview question text incorrect for merchandise/service



For Interview questions under 'The merchandise or service was not as described' option, on answering 'No' to the question 'Did you attempt to return the merchandise?', the system must display a message to return the merchandise before proceeding.

The verbiage of the question must be 'Did you attempt to return or asked the merchant to pick up the merchandise?'

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to 'The merchandise or service was not as described' option > Answer the question 'Did you attempt to return the merchandise?' with a No.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
