Intraqual action buttons are not working after upgrade

Summary



McKesson InterQual Integration Solution has an "InvokeGuidelines" harness which utilizes non-auto generated HTML and needs Quirks mode to run properly in Internet Explorer.

After a Pega upgrade from 7.1.7 to 7.2.2, the "action" buttons (submit, cancel) on this harness do not respond anymore.

Steps to Reproduce



1) Use McKesson InterQual Integration Solution 7.14.
2) Upgrade Pega and CMF to 7.2.2 and 7.21 respectively.
3) Use InterQual functionality.
4) Launch InvokeGuidelines harness and interact with the action buttons.

Root Cause



This harness included APIs which can no longer operate under Quirks mode.

Resolution



HFix-34357 refactors, and removes some APIs so that the harness can function again.
