Invalid Locale exception displays in logs



Invalid Locale exception generates in logs on selecting a language other than en_US, without any specific region from the Internet options. 

Error Messages

Invalid Locale : ja

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Internet Explorer browser
  2. Open Designer Studio

Root Cause

The issue occured in Citrix browser as the Operator locale was null and the Browser locale was different from or was not en_US. 


Perform the following local-change:
Set the Operator locale to a value other than null.
