Summary
Invalid Locale exception generates in logs on selecting a language other than en_US, without any specific region from the Internet options.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Internet Explorer browser
- Open Designer Studio
Root Cause
The issue occured in Citrix browser as the Operator locale was null and the Browser locale was different from or was not en_US.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Set the Operator locale to a value other than null.
