Invalid rules Identified on PegaLSCPM OOTB framework

Summary
User installed PegaLSCPM framework and after installation, when user run the "Validate an Application" tool, some rules are showing up under the "invalid rules" option.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click on Application->Tools->Validation
- Select the PegaLSCPM
- Click on Runvalidate
- Getting the report with Invalid rules
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
Sometimes there are some orphaned rules that are no longer valid but have not been removed. Pega framework teams will work to fix them. At present, user can ignore them.
