Steps to Reproduce
Build a URL string by using the SafeURL constructor. The constructed URL creates strings to threads that do not exist on the server.Root Cause
The SafeURL constructor for building URL string was affected by cached data.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use SafeURL_createFromURL() method to construct URL strings.
