Summary



InvalidParameterException is generated  in the log while launching the Interaction portal.


Error Messages



Error while opening the Outbound Case-ID Work Object from Databasecom.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidParameterException: cannot be null. page: D_Interaction. Details: Invalid value for aSource passed to com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.putAll(Map, byte)


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to a worklist or a workbasket.
  2. Open an Outbound Case. This invokes the load of the D_Interaction data page. 
  3. Trace the D_Interaction or check the log.


Root Cause



Interaction page was invoked when the  outbound class was opened.


Resolution



Apply HFix-44462.
