InvalidParameterException occurs after an hour in Manager portal

Summary
When accessing the Case Manger portal as an LDA user, InvalidParameterException occurs after one hour idle time. The error does not occur when using Basic authentication.

Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure that the authentication timeout value specified in the access group is less than the passivation_timeout for the requestor.
- Log in to Designer Studio.
- Open the Case Manager portal.
- Click on a few tabs for multiple active threads.
- Passivate the whole session.
- Click on some item in Designer Studio. A popup displays to enter credentials. Simultaneously, the error message displays on the screen.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
During PRThread activation, if the requestor is in the Timed_out state, then the pxPortal and other properties are cleared in the PRThread.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42751.
