InvalidParameterException when opening interaction cases

Summary
InvalidParameterException occurs when opening interaction cases the second time from the Recent Interactions section.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Customer Service Insurance portal using the CSInsuranceSysAdmin credential.
- Create a call and navigate to the Interaction Driver. In the Interaction Driver screen, the Recent Interactions section displays all the latest interactions
- Click any one interaction to open the specific case in the Review mode.
- Close the Review mode to return to the Interaction Driver of the case.
- In the Interaction Driver, click any case from the Recent Interactions section.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A new instance of D_InteractionHistory was created after the Review section of the first interaction was closed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43990.
