The isBusinessDay() function returns false for any Monday date

Summary



The America/Chicago timezone is used for the operator and the Calendar (that is, NAH). On passing the Date property value to the isBusinessDay Rule-Utility-Function (RUF), the function returns false for any Monday date when triggered in an agent activity.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an agent.
  2. Create an activity to use in the agent.
  3. Pass the Date value to isBusinessDay() (that is, @isBusinessDay("20190422", NAH)).


Root Cause



Incorrect Date format was passed to the isBusinessDay RUF.


Resolution



As a local-change, pass the DateTime property to the isBusinessDay RUF.
