The isBusinessDay() function returns false for any Monday date

The America/Chicago timezone is used for the operator and the Calendar (that is, NAH). On passing the Date property value to the isBusinessDay Rule-Utility-Function (RUF), the function returns false for any Monday date when triggered in an agent activity.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an agent.
  2. Create an activity to use in the agent.
  3. Pass the Date value to isBusinessDay() (that is, @isBusinessDay("20190422", NAH)).

Root Cause

Incorrect Date format was passed to the isBusinessDay RUF.

As a local-change, pass the DateTime property to the isBusinessDay RUF.
