Issue adding value in DataTableClassEditor listview

Summary
When editing a row in the DataTableClassEditor listview, and attempting to add an additional value to a 'Value List' via the 'StringList' UI control, the onClick event of the 'Append Row' appears to be saving the record rather than appending a row.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure DataTableClassEditor listview with a value list property.
2. Lauch the DataTableClassEditor list and click on append button of the value list.
3. Notice that append button instead of appending a new row, saves the record
Root Cause
The root cause lies with compatibility of DataTableClassEditor listview with IE10 and above.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-21243.
