Issue in the auditd text while modifying pagelst/valulst propert

Summary
When the user is saving or modifying properties in a pagelist or valuelist then the values tracked as part of the Security Tracking are not localized and also in some instances inappropriate field values are picked up.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have a Declare Trigger
- Trigger a Data Transform and set the value of .pySkills(1).pySkillRating
- Create a Field Value for .pySkillRating
- The correct Field value is not getting picked in the Audit
Root Cause
In user's SAVE activity obj-open was opening the required record and save on that record was not getting captured.
Resolution
Instead of obj-open, asked user to use pxUpdateRecord.
