Screen adjusts to bottom with a blank space above the details which display, due to tooltip, on hovering on a tab label after upgrading to the Chrome 76.0.3809.132 browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open Designer Studio on the Chrome 76.0.3809.132 browser
- Open a few files or documents
- Hover on the previous tab
Root Cause
A third-party product issue.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below code to the UserWorkForm:

}
</style>
