Summary
Date picker showing incorrect date. It adds up +1 year to the selected date.

Steps to Reproduce
- Select Date as 31-12-2018 from date picker.
- Tab out from the date control
Expected: 31-12-2018
Actual : 31-12-2019
Root Cause
The supported configuration is to have Auto or DateTime type in pxDateTime control if the property type is DateTime.
Resolution
An enhancement request FDBK-16767 has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
