Issue in export excel - Blank screen is displaying without data



When the user selects the export excel functionality in work list, the. excel file is saved without any data.

Error Messages

Not Applicable 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Export as excel file.
  2. Open the saved file.
  3. Observe no data has been saved.

Root Cause

A third-party product issue : In user machine OCX plugin's was not installed.


Installed in the user machine and issue resolved.
