Issue with fork shape in flow

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega 7.2, some flow connectors do not display any configuration option other than a label. Additionally, unable to configure the connectors to use other options such as the When rule.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a fork shape in a flow in PRPC 6.1.
- Upgrade PRPC 6.1 to Pega 7.2.
- Configure the fork shape
Root Cause
Pega 7 and later versions of PRPC 6 use smart connectors that are context appropriate instead of being configured manually in Visio. These old style connectors are backward compatible and still function at runtime.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to utilize Pega 7 platform connector options:
Delete and recreate the connector between the flow shapes. Connectors are created by clicking and dragging between shapes instead of selecting the connector from the palette.
