Issue with HCIF ruleset prerequisite when creating application

Summary
Application wizard throws exception when creating application on Healthcare Industry Foundation v7.13 on Pega 7.1.
Error Messages
There was an error generating the application. Please contact your system administrator if the problem persists.
A Rule-RuleSet-Version could not be saved due to 7 error(s) on it: ** There are multiple required ruleset versions with the same name: CPMHC-Social:07-14-99 ** There are multiple required ruleset versions with the same name: PegaCPMHCPrv:07-14-99 ** There are multiple required ruleset versions with the same name: PegaCPMHCMbr:07-14-99 ** There are multiple required ruleset versions with the same name: TEST:01-01-01 ** There are multiple required ruleset versions with the same name: TEST:01-01-01 .pyRequiresRuleSetVersion(4): ** PegaHealthCodes:07-12-99 doesn't exist or is not a valid entry for TEST:01-01-01 .pyRequiresRuleSetVersion(9): ** PegaHealthCodes:07-12-99 doesn't exist or is not a valid entry for TEST:01-01-01
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login as cpmhcsysadmin/install or [email protected] /install.
2. Open new application wizard.
3. Mention the required details and built on application as CPMHCSuper.
4. Mention the required business objectives, select required case types and data objects.
5. Click Create button.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24527.
