Issue with OOTB Delete item action

Summary
After deleting a row, changes do not reflect on the UI. On adding 'Refresh This Section' after 'Delete Item' action, UI performance degrades.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a repeating dynamic layout.
- Add a Delete Icon with action Delete item.
- Run the case.
- Delete a row.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
On delete as per requirement, the activity must be invoked to update values of the page list and Refresh Another Section to display the count. The actions configured on the Delete icon are the Run activity and Delete Item. With this, the other section did not refresh with the calculated count. When the Refresh This Section is added, the UI performance degraded. The Delete Item performed a partial refresh for the grid, not for section refresh. When the Refresh This Section is added again, the complete section is rendered. Hence, the response is slow.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes: Modify 'Refresh This Section' to 'Refresh Other Section'.
Or
1. Add the Delete activity in the grid Operation tab > Advanced configuration.
2. On the Delete icon, configure an onClick Delete Item and 'Refresh Other Section'.
