Summary

User is unable to scroll up and down in the model window pop up. Because of that, user could not find the Add and Close button in the modal window.

So, to close the modal window, one has to refresh the browser every time, but that causes user to loose the data entered before.

Configure a grid layout with flow in modal dialog pop-up action.
 

Root Cause

Overlay flow in modal dialog pop up has been used.

Resolution

Grid layout configuration was changed to use modal dialog option instead of flow in modal dialog pop up action.
