Issue with passing Report Definition drilldown parameters

SA-41790

Summary

The parameters from the first level report definition are incorrectly passed to the second level report definition despite confirmation from the SQL queries generated by the report definitions.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Pass the parameters from the first level report definition to the second level report definition.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment .
There were many joins used in the report.

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

On drilldown, the drilldown report acquires the metadata of the main report, in addition to the metadata of drilldown report.

The drilldown report has five additional joins in the use case. It uses the metadata of the main report and the query generated of the drilldown report has eight joins and five subreports. Results are not generated due to the five additional joins.
