Issue with RC 4841 and condition code - 3 and 2

Summary
You have a cancellation date validation message for RC 4841 under condition codes 2 and 3. This appears corectly on the clipboard, but not in the UI. (Chargeback is not allowed if the cancellation date is after the transaction date.)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select Reason code 4841 and condition code 3 or 2.
2. Go to ancilliary questions.
3. Select current date > the transaction date for date of cancellation to observe the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-21254.
