Summary

Restricting the access of assignment using access when condition is not working in QA/XAT environment, whereas the same access when condition is working fine in  environment and the restriction is happening evaluating the When condition.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a access When condition and use it in the access roles.

Root Cause

As there are two access roles with one role restricting the access and the other one allowing the access,it picks up the one which is allowing the access, and hence, any values assigned for the restricted access role makes no impact.
 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Restrict the access in the access role that allowed the access, issue can be resolved as the When condition will then be considered for evaluation.
