Steps to Reproduce

After selecting HTML5 document type option. A blue border appeared around the RowRepeat

Root Cause

Previouslythe rowrrepeat border style was "groove",This style is changing its  behavior in HTML5 . After checkin g the includeHTML5document mode.

Resolution

Both the text inside the cell and border are taking  same color , Text color was given as blue and border as silver. 
Same blue border appeared around the RowRepeat ,changing the border-style to "solid" and specifying the color resolved the issue.​
