Issue with Tree Grid row refresh

Summary
When user selects the check box of the parent case the corresponding child cases in the tree grid should also get selected however only parent case appears to be checked and the child cases are unchecked though the checkbox value is set to true in the clipboard through an activity.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a Tree Grid with two levels and have check box at each level.
2. Write an activity such that when the first Level Check box is checked all the second level checkboxes should get selected automatically.
3. Run the scenario and observe that the second level checkboxes are not selected.
Root Cause
Refresh was set on current row due to which only the parent or the firstlevel checkbox was appearing as selected but the corresponding child cases or secondlevel cases always appeared as unchecked though the value is set to true in clipboard.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Refresh the entire section with the disable submit on refresh checked so that the section gets refreshed with the values that are set on clipboard:
