Issue of UI alignment In External email harness after upgrade

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega 8.1.1, spaces display between two dynamic layouts.

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade Pega Platform 7.2.1 to Pega Platform 8.1.1.
- Route a case assignment to External.
- Add a link to the assignment in the correspondence. When the external user clicks the link in the email, the user must be redirected to that case assignment. The case should have two dynamic layouts next to each other. Additional spaces display between two dynamic layouts.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Include the following code in the UserWorkForm:
.ie11 table.ie-table-fix {
table-layout:100% !important;
}
