Issue when no currency conversion rate

Summary



Currency conversion rate is absent in the FirstChargeback section, when rendering data and the .AccountTransaction.BasicCurrencyConRate is 0 or null.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a dispute using a transaction with no BasicCurrencyConRate set.
  2. Open the dispute and view the FirstChargeback section


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



Apply HFix-37246.
