Issue while importing Prospect list in NBAM v7.1.2 Segmentation

Summary
User encounters issues while importing prospect list in NBAM v7.12 on Pega 7.1.7 version.
Error Messages
This prospect list import fails with the error message “Property ‘SegmentName’ is not a Database Column”.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Login as MarketingAnalyst and navigate to (NextBestActionStudio->Segmentation->Prospect Lists).
2.Create a new prospect list.
3.Provide the name for List name and Tag name.
4.Select the prospect excel file containing the data to be imported
5.Click Create.
Creation fails with the error message “Property ‘ SegmentName’ is not a Database Column”.
Root Cause
It is observed that some of the ALTER table statements are skipped when Install_PegaNBAM.bat is run from the ~~NBAM712\Install\DDL\Oracle\ directory. This results in missing column - SegmentName in the table pr4_rule which further causes the issue.
Resolution
Perform fresh installation of NBAM 7.12.
