Issue while loading MS Access Export

SA-27787

Summary

he text file generated by the Acces export uses "" as a text identifier. This is required due to a comma being used within the filed for the rules, because without the text identifier the commas within this field are treated as delimiters.

Error Messages

Not applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Export .txt file from Access.
2. Open with Excel.

Root Cause

Double quote characters are optional and often omitted for the values that do not contain a comma character.

Resolution

As a work around, if double-quotes are used to enclose fields, then a double-quote appearing inside a field might be escaped by preceding it with another double quote.
