Issues with accessibility related features in CPM framework



The service pack provides several accessibilty related features for Customer Process Manager (CPM). These features come into play if accessibility is enabled and keyboard is used for navigation.

Root Cause

This service pack essentially tries to bring the following features :
  • Pressing Alt+G brings the Skip to content menu, which aids in easy navigation across the CPM Portal.
  • Navigating to an Interaction tab through the keyboard, places the focus on the first actionable element in the main area.
