Issues after deletion of empty Branch

Summary



Using Pega Licensing and Certification for Public Sector, CLG R 7.14.01, after you delete an empty branch and try to edit or expand the branch just added, the edit button does not respond and branch details are not viewable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the pyCaseManager7 portal. 
  2. Select Create from top menu bar > Add Business Entity.
  3. Enter Business Entity details.
  4. Enter MAILING ADDRESS. 
  5. Enter MAIN OFFICE PERSONNEL DETAILS.
  6. Enter Branch Details.
  7. Branch Physical Location.
  8. Click Add branch.
  9. Delete Empty branch.
  10. Try to edit or expand the branch just added; the edit button is unresponsive.


Root Cause



This is caused by a defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Install HFix-23916.
