Summary

'Add report' and 'Add category' buttons on the right corner under Home -> My Reports, are missing. Also, the Section Header 'Showing reports in category: <Category, Eg. Analyze Quality>' is missing. These buttons are intact in 7.2.1 But, missing in 7.2.2. The rule that contains these Buttons (pyReportBrowserInner7) is overridden from Pega-Reporting:07-10-27 to UI-Kit-7:08-01-01

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log-in into Pega Customer Service
2. Navigate to Home >> My Reports
3. On the right corner 'Add report' and 'Add category' Buttons are missing. Also, the Section Header 'Showing reports in category: <Category, Eg. Analyze Quality>' is missing.

Root Cause

The layout moved to the section with the header. User need to change to the correct harness to get the header with the buttons
