Issues reoccur after updating to Pega 7.4

Summary
HFix-44008, HFix-43842 and HFix-44178 are developed for Sprint (7.3.1) to resolve the below issues:
- Moving the groups removes the existing groups
- Usability and performance issues in the Waterfall segment
User updates to Pega 7.4 and the issues reoccur. User needs the same hotfixes for Pega 7.4.
