Root Cause

A third-party product issue.

Till 2016, Turkish time followed UTC +02:00 hours in Winter and +03:00 hours in Summer. Pega uses the third-party Moment JavaScript library to convert the DateTime based on the time zones. In Pega Platform 8.1.4, the Moment library used, still followed the earlier 2016 version's IANA database, which resulted in the incorrect time.

Resolution

As a local-change, install JDK 1.8.0_212 (and later versions) in the Server environment.
