Items do not display on Interview tab after qualifying dispute
After qualifying the Dispute, items do not display on the Interview tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a non-fraud claim with a single transaction selected.
- Complete any assignment prior to ‘Qualify Dispute’.
- Review Merchant Credit
- Process Potential Duplicates
- Complete the ‘Qualify Dispute' assignment.
- View the ‘Interview’ tab when the assignment is updated to ‘Answer ancillary questions’. Information gathered from the ‘Qualify Dispute’ is not available on this tab. The Date of Cancellation, and the Cardholder’s Complaint Details and Comments do not display.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
