JAR file name populates incorrectly in import wizard

Summary
Filename populates incorrectly in the import wizard while importing a JAR file. The JAR file information does not populate in 'Select a file from the server to import'. Error displays and user is unable to enter the filename manually.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Import
- Select the file to import
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. A question mark is present in one of the file names. The Question mark causes file parser to abort as the file parser is unable to handle files with names containing the character '?'.
Resolution
As a local-change, rename the file such that the file name does not have question mark.
