java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: With SLA agent processing



SLA agent processing resulting in Broken-Queue with error below.

Error Messages

(java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/pegarules/priv/web/ProcessingValve$RequestToken at com.pega.pegarules.priv.web.ProcessingValve.getToken)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a flow with timer and wait time running on work object
  2. Wait for the OOTB SLA agent to pick up all the work objects after deadline time. The flow processes Data pages(Declare pages) and other flow logic.
  3. Notice that some of the work objects are successfully proceeded, while others are written to the broken queue. It's not clear why some are impacted while others aren't.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The relevant read only node level data pages (e.g.,Declare_CachedDataSystemSettings) were not loaded correctly for those problem nodes.


Make the following change to the operating environment: restarting the problem nodes resolves the issue.
