java.lang.SecurityException in node when compiling after restart



java.lang.SecurityException in a node occurs when compiling after restart of the server node. However, this works after clearing the cache and restarting the server node.

Error Messages

java.lang.SecurityException: Authentication exception, principal=null
at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.SecurityInterceptor.checkSecurityContext(
at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.SecurityInterceptor.process(
at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.SecurityInterceptor.invokeHome(
at org.jboss.ejb.plugins.LogInterceptor.invokeHome(

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy a new Product rule
  2. Restart the server node

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Modify jboss.xml from prpc_j2ee14_jbossJBM.ear/prbeans.jar by commenting out <security-domain>java:/jaas/other</security-domain>
  2. Add <security-domain></security-domain>
    The final modification should be as below:
