"java.lang.UnsupportedClassVer" post PegaCALL upgrade

An upgrade to PegaCALL was performed to achieve automatic failover functionality. Since the upgrade, the CTI link engines have stopped working. HFix-22419 and HFix-21430 were installed as per the upgrade guide. Additionally, a route key call issue HFix was installed: HFix-23213.
On checking Version information tab under PegaCALL: Administration & Configuration, it does not seem to be accessing PegaCALL Engine / prchannelservices.jar.
