Javascript message when deleting a row is in English

Summary
On a French application user has the following English message when one deletes a row in a grid without focusing on a row.
"Please select a row"
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Grid to a Section.
- Log in with a localized user or switch locale using the Locale Settings Menu.
- Click Delete button to delete a row in the Grid without focusing on a row.
Root Cause
The field value for "Please select a row" has not been localized in the French Language Pack
Resolution
Either deploy the latest French Language Pack for Pega 7.1.8 or create a pyMessageLabel field value for "Please select a row".
