Javascript validations are disabled on SI perform harness

Summary
Javascript validations are disabled on a harness provided in the PegaSI:07-11-01 ruleset. The harness has the option "Enable client side validation" unchecked in the "Advanced options" section in the "Advanced" tab. Because of this, none of the client side validations in the custom application created on top of PegaSI are working.

Steps to Reproduce
Open any flow action that uses a perform harness in the Smart Investigate (SI) For Payments application and check for UI validations when you try to submit the action without filling in the required UI fields. The javascript validations don't run.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30932, which checks "Enable client side validation" in the Perform harness.
