Summary
Job Access With Speech (JAWS) 16 sometimes does not read report headers.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Open a report.
2) Try navigating the data table with JAWS screen reader.
Root Cause
User was not in screen reader mode and was not using the UP and DOWN arrow keys to navigate.
Resolution
Refer to the below to learn how to use the table shortcut keys while in screen reader mode to access the cells in the table to be read.
