JAWS does not list heading levels as expected

Summary
On pressing 'Insert' + 'F6', JAWS treats all heading levels as heading level 2.
For example, in the below image, 'My First' is at heading level 1, but is treated as level 2.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open JAWS
- Navigate to a screen with headings
- Press 'Insert' + 'F6'
Root Cause
Generated markup has role=heading at the <div> level
Resolution
- Apply HFix-36522
- Stop the Pega server, remove the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker file, and restart the server
- Resave the sections which uses heading levels 1-6
