Summary
A Pega application is not responding. The thread dump shows that JDBC data source call is hung and did not time out.

Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Database that is being connected to using this data source is recently decommissioned.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
At application server data source level configure 'loginTimeout' OR set JDBC driver level connection timeout using custom properties at data source level.
