JMS Explorer doesn't show messages from ActiveMQ



From cloud PRPC7.1.6, JNDI "Test Connectivity" shows good result; however, "JMS Explorer" doesn't show the message.

Error Messages

ges.Rule_Connect_JMS.Action) ERROR localhost|0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 <operator id> - Couldn't get messages from queue :javax.jms.JMSException: User name [null] or password is invalid.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch JNDI server instance and JMS Explorer.

Root Cause

This is a known limitation.


This issue is resolved through the following local change: use the ActiveMQ native admin console. The enhancement is scheduled to be addressed in Pega 7.1.8.
