JMS Service does not Requeue failed Service Requests
When the Java Message Service (JMS) fails to process, it does not requeue the failed request for another attempt.
The service is configured to queue a failed service request for another attempt using the information from the article: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/configure-service-queue-failed-service-request-another-attempt
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the Java Message Service (JMS).
- In the Response tab, add a Response condition (Queue- When) and add a Service Request Processor in the Service tab (as mentioned in the article). When the service fails to process the request, it does not save the record in System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Service-Default.
