Job Scheduler executions drill down results are incorrect
SA-89481
Summary
The Job Scheduler executions drill down (which displays which job has Success or Fail results) displays the incorrect job's results. That is, the results of another job display instead of the selected job's results. This occurs when sorting by column (job name) is performed. When the column is unsorted, the correct results display.
Error Messages
Not Applicable
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Pega Admin Studio > Resources > Jobs.
- Sort by the Job column.
- Click the number displayed in the executions column on any job. Observe the count displayed in the main report with the value displayed in the drill down report.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
By default, the Job Scheduler list displays in descending order of the execution count. When the user sorts the values in ascending order and opens the executions of a Job Scheduler, the count displays the results of a different Job Scheduler which corresponds to the same page index as when the items were sorted in descending order.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.1 and Pega Platform 8.4.
