JVM hangs with Hazelcast error on stop and start

Summary
All the JVM's are hung on Hazelcast during the process of stopping. The JVMs are not starting correctly either.

Steps to Reproduce
Executed schedule job to restart JVMs.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. One node seems to still be running an old version of Hazelcast.
Resolution
Restart all nodes in the cluster to make sure that they are all up to date. If one node hasn't been upgraded/updated remove it from the cluster.
