Label Format provides less options on Presentation Properties

Summary
While setting a label control within a cell properties' Presentation, access style formats (to set in the Skin configuration) are unavailable

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a section.
2. Click the gear icon for Label cell.
3. Open the Presentation tab and check the Label format.
Root Cause
CompositeBrand skin stored in the Operator's Preference Skin overrides the Application Skin.
Resolution
Remove the CompositeBrand skin from Preference:
