Labels in the header title free form are not styleable

User has a section that embeds in another section. In the embedded section, user has configured a container format and header. In the cell that is automatically added next to the header, user has added a label which will display in certain scenarios. User has specified a label format and, in designer, user can see the label format being applied. However, at run time, the style is not applied and user does not see it referenced in the CSS for the element. User has also tried to apply a cell read-write / read-only class and user does not see that referenced either at runtime.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystem's code/rules

The following local change suggestion addressed the problem.
Either set the style inline for the label, use a formatted text or drop a section that contains the label.

This issue will be fixed in 7.1.8 release.
